Warranty covers all shipments.
**Important Note** If you think there could be a problem with your cargo, you must document every aspect on your delivery receipt and snap photographs for claim filing purposes. Dents, stains, plastic wrap that has ruptured, things that have fallen off the pallet, broken boxes, etc. are all significant facts. If you see a mistake on the delivery receipt, don't just sign it. Do not hesitate to inform the delivery driver that you must first check the item (in this case, mirrors) before signing. Continue to reject the damaged goods and get in touch with us to process the warranty claim if your vanity mirror is broken.
Please be careful to examine your things as soon as you receive them; the shipping warranty is only valid for one week following the delivery date.
When filing a shipping claim, proof of damage and proof of purchase will be requested by the representative. Upon claim acceptance, any broken mirrors and vanity table components that could have been harmed in transportation must be replaced straight away.
Technical Warranty For Vanity Mirrors
There is a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing flaws for Star Vanity Mirrors. Warranty will not be honoured if: The customer improperly installed, used, or maintained the product, causing a flaw that resulted in the respective product defect. The customer support person is required to evaluate warranty claims and may request further details, such as images or videos. A customer care professional will decide on the appropriate course of action and will provide you instructions regarding your particular circumstance. To submit a technical claim for your mirror within the warranty year, get in touch with customer care at any time. Be ready with your dated purchase documentation and any accompanying photos or videos.
Physical Warranty for Vanity Tables & Mirrors
As soon as item is taken out of the box, any physical damage needs to be reported immediately. The warranty will be void if you finish setting up your mirror or assembling your table; there are no exceptions. DO NOT CONTINUE SETUP. Warranty will not be honored if: The purchaser improperly installed, used, or maintained the product, causing a flaw that resulted in the defect. To make a physical claim for your vanity table or mirror within a month of purchase, get in touch with customer support at any time. Along with your dated proof of purchase, be prepared with photos or videos.
Vanity Table Warranty
No extended warranty for any physical damage to the vanity tables is provided by Star Vanity. If you have a faulty table part, though, we can exchange it after examination. Before we ship the replacement, we may ask you to return the damaged or defective part to our warehouse.
Warranty will not be honored if: The purchaser improperly installed, used, or maintained the product, causing the defect in question. As soon as item is taken out of the box, any physical damage needs to be reported immediately. DO NOT continue assembling your item, as this will void your warranty without exception. To make a physical claim for your vanity table or mirror within a month of purchase, get in touch with customer support at any time. Along with your dated proof of purchase, be prepared with photos or videos.
Spare Parts
Star Vanity makes several specific spare parts available for purchase. If a component of your item is broken over the course of its use, you can buy a spare part to extend the life of your vanity without having to buy a new one. This is only available to people who have previously purchased Star Vanity products (proof of purchase will be requested). The price of a spare component will vary depending on the required part and shipping fees. If you require help with a Star Vanity replacement item, please contact a customer service agent. Please remember that production is always evolving, therefore some components on your vanity may have changed after you bought it. In such a case, we are unable to offer to resume producing spare parts in accordance with earlier manufacturing schedules.
Important Information Regarding Warranty for Local Pick ups
Please be careful with your products when self-transporting and make appropriate plans, as water damage or improper handling of items during transit will not be covered under warranty.
Star Vanity may ask the buyer to sign a waiver acknowledging all hazards of self-transportation that will result in the physical/technical warranty being cancelled if we deem the transportation to be unsafe, risky, and/or of great distance out of the city.
No matter who is at fault, all exchanges and resolutions must be made at the warehouse.
